Dare to Dance

Based in Orange County, CA, Dare to Dance is an organization dedicated to creating a fun-filled, inspiring experience for seniors and people with disabilities through the art of ballroom dance.  We help individuals with a wide array of disabilities, injuries, and/or degenerative diseases learn exciting techniques, steps and choreography.  Dancing is an incredibly powerful, therapeutic activity, and we believe our classes offer a great opportunity for all types of recovery and rehabilitation.

"Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain." ~ Vivian Greene

Waltzing Wheelies

We believe everyone should have the chance to enjoy dance, and through our Waltzing Wheelies program, they do!  Focused on (but not limited to) wheelchair-bound individuals, this class travels to nursing homes and assisted living facilities.  Participants get to enjoy a dynamic dance routine performed by our wonderful staff and volunteers.  They are then invited to join in the fun and glide across the floor with our amazing teachers!
